在市场经济飞速发展的今天,企业的发展面临着众多的机遇和更大的挑战,激烈的市场竞争其实质是人才的竞争,加强企业员工培训已成为首要任务之一。要想员工培训效果达到企业预期的目标,培训精细化管理至关重要。在企业培训管理工作中,管理层在组织、教育、管理方面发挥着重要作用。本文主要站在企业培训管理人员的角度,分析目前企业培训管理中存在的问题,提出精细化管理模式及应用的重要意义,并给出在企业培训管理中应用精细化管理模式的方法。这将对企业培训管理人员开展培训管理工作具有重要的参考价值。
In the rapid development of market economy, the development of enterprises is facing many opportunities and challenges. The fierce market competition is essentially the competition of talents. Strengthening the training of employees has become one of the most important tasks. In order to achieve the desired effect of employee training, the training of meticulous management is of utmost importance. In the management of enterprise training, management plays an important role in organization, education and management. This paper mainly stands in the perspective of enterprise training management personnel, analyzes the existing problems in the training management of enterprises, puts forward the importance of elaborate management mode and its application, and gives the method of applying meticulous management mode in enterprise training management.
