分层教学是基于“让每位学生都得到发展”的理念,依据“因材施教”的教学原则而提出的一种有效的教学手段(技术)。结合多年的教学实践,反思了分层教学的误区主要有标准不明确、对于差生关注不够,并提出了实施分层教学的一些探索,认为科学分层教学要分层科学化、教学层次化、层次协同化、评价动态化。
Hierarchical teaching is based on the concept of “developing every student” and an effective teaching method (technique) based on the teaching principle of “teaching students according to their aptitude”. Combined with many years of teaching practice, it reflects the misunderstanding of stratified teaching, such as the unclear standard, insufficient attention to poor students, and some exploration of implementing stratified teaching. It is concluded that stratified teaching of science should be stratified and scientifically oriented, Co-ordination level, evaluation of dynamic.
