为了解商丘市睢阳区城乡餐饮业食饮具消毒质量,指导餐饮业卫生监督工作,经对睢阳区近9年的食饮具消毒监测资料进行分析,结果显示,食饮具消毒质量监测平均合格率为62.40%。其中,从年份上看,合格率总体逐年上升;从食饮具看,以饮具、匙筷和小餐具较高,大、中型餐具较低;从经营规模看,餐饮业以大、中型单位合格率较高,小型次之,家庭聚餐最低;从季节看,以一、四季度较高,二、三季度较低;从城乡区域看,以县城较高,乡镇次之,农村家庭聚餐最低。通过监测本区餐饮业食饮具消毒状况发现质量普遍较低,是餐饮业食品安全的重大隐患,尤其是夏秋季节,乡镇餐馆、家庭聚餐和县城中小型餐馆问题更加突出。卫生监督部门应加强对餐饮业的食饮具消毒进行监督检查和技术指导,严厉查处违法行为,确保餐饮业食品卫生安全。

Health supervision departments should step up inspections and technical guidance on the disinfection of tableware in the catering industry, severely punish illegal activities and ensure food hygiene and safety in the catering industry.
