[目的]验证11%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂对玉米丝黑穗病的防效及对玉米的安全性。[方法]本试验“按GB/T 17980.106-2004农药田间试验准则(二),第106部分:杀菌剂防治玉米丝黑穗病”进行。[结果]11%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂对玉米丝黑穗病具有较好的防治效果,低剂量、中剂量、高剂量的防治效果分别为73.2%、86.6%、94.8%。此药剂还能够提高玉米出苗率4.1%~11.3%、促进根系发育,提高产量。[结论]11%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂防治玉米丝黑穗病用于玉米种子播前拌种包衣,适宜剂量为300 mL(制剂用量)/100 kg种子,上一年玉米丝黑穗病发病重的地块或玉米种子高感丝黑穗病的品种可提高用量,为400 mL(制剂用量)/100 kg种子。
[Objective] The research aimed to verify the control effect of 11% dexamethasone, azoxystrobin and azoxystrobin seed coating on corn smut and its safety to corn. [Method] The test “according to GB / T 17980.106-2004 Guidelines for Pesticide Field Test (Part II), Part 106: Bactericide Control Corn Smut ”. [Result] 11% of metalaxyl, fludioxonil and azoxystrobin suspended seed coating had better control effect on maize head smut. [Conclusion] The control of maize head smut with 11% dexamethasone and fludioxonil and azoxystrobin was applied to the seed dressing and dressing of corn seed before sowing, the suitable dosage was 300 mL (dosage) / 100 kg Seeds, maize head smut disease, or maize head smut in the previous year can be increased in quantities of 400 mL (dosage) / 100 kg of seed.
