当前,管道施工企业依然面临市场寒冬,并已进入微利时代,各个企业都在深挖内潜、想方设法降本增效。在此背景下,企业库存闲置物资再利用的重要性也逐渐凸显出来。本文在简要阐述管道施工企业库存闲置物资再利用重要性、分析管道施工企业库存闲置物资再利用的意义及存在问题的基础上,对加强库存闲置物资再利用提出几点参考性意见。
Currently, pipeline construction companies are still facing the winter market, and has entered a period of meager profit, all businesses are digging deep potential, find ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency. In this context, the importance of the reuse of unused inventory of business inventories is also gradually highlighted. Based on the brief introduction of the importance of the reuse of unused materials in the pipeline construction enterprises and the significance and existing problems of the reuse of the unused materials in the pipeline construction enterprises, this article puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the reuse of the unused materials.
