Ducci 氏从临床上将黄疸分类如下:1.肝前性黄疸{(1)溶血性黄疸;(2)非溶血性黄疸。2.肝性黄疸{(1)肝细胞性黄疸;(2)肝毛细胆管性黄疸。3.肝后性黄疸{(1)胆管完全阻塞性黄疸;(2)胆管不全阻塞性黄疸。肝前性及肝性黄疸即内科黄疸;肝后性黄疸则为外科黄疸。
Ducci’s clinical classification of jaundice are as follows: 1. Prehepatic jaundice {(1) hemolytic jaundice; (2) non-hemolytic jaundice. 2. Hepatic jaundice {(1) Hepatocellular jaundice; (2) Liver capillary bile duct jaundice. 3. Post-hepatic jaundice {(1) biliary completely obstructive jaundice; (2) bile duct obstructive jaundice. Pre-hepatic jaundice and jaundice that jaundice medicine; jaundice after liver surgery is jaundice.
