通过二步法(阳极氧化法和水热法)得到结构规则、有序核-壳结构的TiO2/ZnO纳米复合材料,并利用SEM、UV-vis、TEM等方法对所制备的纳米复合材料进行了表征。以甲基橙为目标降解物,自然光为光源,研究了TiO2/ZnO纳米光催化剂的光催化活性。结果表明,TiO2/ZnO复合光催化剂能提高对太阳光的利用率,发现在降解液pH值为3、太阳光催化降解5 h时,催化剂的降解效果最好,降解率达90%。
The ordered and core-shell TiO2 / ZnO nanocomposites were obtained by two-step method (anodic oxidation and hydrothermal method). The prepared nanocomposites were characterized by SEM, UV-vis and TEM Characterization. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 / ZnO nano-photocatalysts was studied with methyl orange as degradation target and natural light as light source. The results show that TiO2 / ZnO composite photocatalyst can improve the utilization rate of sunlight. The degradation rate of the catalyst is 90% when the pH value of the degradation solution is 3 and the photocatalytic degradation is 5 h.
