作为承担中小学校长培训工作的培训者的能力,是保证中小学校长培训的有效性和实效性,促使学校领导者全面提高领导与管理能力、依法办学、依法治校、勇于进行教育改革与实践,进而成长为杰出的教育领导者的因素之一。本文在分析培训目标以及当前培训工作存在的问题之后,总结认为,面向中小学校长的培训者应具备四种能力:培训者的案例研究能力、情境创设能力、对校长的专业发展设计能力、研究成人学习并开发成人有效学习方式的能力等。
