本文从不同统计数据来源着手,深入分析我国劳动报酬占GDP比重的变动情况,得出劳动报酬占GDP比重低且不断下降的基本判断。将对劳动报酬比重下降的原因分析融入现有理论争论中,指出由于劳动力市场的特殊性,我国劳动报酬比重下降不仅受劳动力市场供求关系、劳动对产出贡献率低等市场因素影响,更受到体制机制因素制约,因此,不能简单套用一种商品市场模式,更非增加新的市场扭曲。提高劳动报酬比重需要从完善社会主义市场经济体制入手,合理定位政府职责,建立保障劳动者工资正常增长的制度性安排。
Starting from different sources of statistical data, this paper analyzes in depth the changes of labor remuneration in GDP proportion in our country, and draws the basic judgment that the proportion of labor remuneration in GDP is low and declining continuously. The paper analyzes the causes of the decline in the proportion of labor remuneration into the existing theoretical controversy and points out that due to the particularity of the labor market, the decline of the proportion of labor remuneration in China is not only affected by the supply and demand in the labor market, but also by the low market contribution of labor to output, Institutional constraints, therefore, can not simply apply a commodity market model, not to add new market distortions. To increase the proportion of labor remuneration, it is necessary to start with perfecting the socialist market economic system, properly define the responsibilities of the government, and establish institutional arrangements that guarantee the normal growth of laborers' wages.
