随着我国经济的快速发展,以现代化的电子技术和自动化技术为基础的数控技术,在社会生产的各个领域有着越来越广泛的应用。对于当前的社会生产活动而言,如果数控机床出现故障,将直接影响着生产活动的效率,因此有必要对数控机床设备进行必要的故障诊断和维修,使数控机床更好的发挥自身的作用。本文首先从数控机床系统的构成和特点出发,阐述了数控机床设备故障诊断的一般步骤和常用的方法。
With the rapid economic development in our country, numerical control technology based on modern electronic technology and automation technology has been applied more and more widely in all fields of social production. For the current social production activities, if the CNC machine tool failure, will directly affect the efficiency of production activities, it is necessary CNC machine tool equipment for the necessary fault diagnosis and repair, so that CNC machine tools to better play their role. In this paper, starting from the composition and characteristics of numerical control machine tool system, the general steps and common methods for fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools are expounded.
