随着新课程改革的不断发展,德育教育也被列入了日常教学的重要章程。但即便大力倡导德育教育,教学成效也甚微,追根究底,主要原因是德育教育过于重视理论,而忽视了实践性。故在开展德育教育过程中必须注重理论与实践的结合,尤其是对正处于身心发展关键时期的初中生而言更应如此。基于此,本文首先分析当前初中德育教育工作存在的问题,然后着重探讨初中班主任如何开展德育教育实践工作。
With the continuous development of new curriculum reform, moral education has also been included in the daily teaching of the important charter. However, even vigorously advocating moral education, teaching effectiveness is negligible, the bottom line, the main reason is that moral education places too much emphasis on theory, while neglect the practicality. Therefore, in the process of moral education, we must pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, especially for junior high school students who are in the critical period of physical and mental development. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the existing problems in junior middle school moral education work, and then focuses on how junior middle school class leaders carry out moral education practice.
