建院30年了,子曰三十而立,接下来学院当然要进入她的华彩乐章了,值得期待!我是在学院“10年大庆”的时候加入这个团队的。在历届领导、教授、师姐师兄们20年如一日的教诲、帮助下,日渐成长。按团队的需要,20年来,我的授课与研究大体涉足了三个领域:一是心理疏导、情绪管理;二是领导力提升;三是提高员工培训的质量与效益。
