目的为及时掌握深圳市居民食盐碘含量,评价人群碘营养状况,合理调整食盐碘含量,为科学补碘提供依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》中的碘盐监测方法进行,共分层随机抽取居民户食盐1 740份。食盐碘含量按GB/T 13025.7-1999中直接滴定法定量测定,川盐、其他强化食用盐和不合格碘盐采用仲裁法。结果 2013年深圳市碘盐碘含量中位数为25.4 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为96.9%,碘盐合格率为97.3%,合格碘盐食用率94.4%,非碘盐率3.1%。结论 2013年深圳市各区均达到我国碘缺乏病消除标准(GB 16006-2008)的要求。
The purpose is to grasp the iodine content of salt in Shenzhen residents in a timely manner, evaluate the iodine nutrition status of the population, reasonably adjust the iodine content in salt so as to provide scientific basis for iodine supplementation. Method According to the iodine salt monitoring method in “National Iodine Deficiency Disease Surveillance Program”, a total of 1 740 household salt samples were randomly collected. Salt iodine content by the direct titration GB / T 13025.7-1999 quantitative determination of Sichuan salt, salt and other fortified salt and substandard iodized salt arbitration. Results The median iodine iodine content in Shenzhen in 2013 was 25.4 mg / kg, the coverage of iodized salt was 96.9%, the pass rate of iodized salt was 97.3%, the qualified iodized salt was 94.4%, and the non-iodized salt was 3.1%. Conclusion In 2013, all districts in Shenzhen met the requirements of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders (GB 16006-2008) in China.
