从苜蓿(Medicago sative)中提取植物酯酶并纯化,分别测定pH值、温度、盐的种类和浓度对酶活的影响。实验结果表明,用pH7.0的0.1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液提取的酯酶活性最高,40℃时酯酶反应活性最大。
Plant esterases were extracted from Medicago sative and purified to determine the effect of pH, temperature, salt type and concentration on enzyme activity. The experimental results showed that the highest esterase activity was obtained with 0.1mol / L phosphate buffer solution at pH7.0 and the largest esterase activity at 40 ℃.
