由上海工程机械厂、江阴交通工程机械厂、安徽公路机械厂生产的3Y10/12、3Y12/15、3Y18/21型压路机的转向缸结构相同,均由缸筒、端盖、导套、活塞、活塞杆、挡销、衬套等零件组成。这种结构的转向缸使用中常出现转向沉重、活塞密封圈磨损较快、活塞杆与导套之间容易出现漏油现象。为此,我们对其结构进行了改进。
The steering cylinders of 3Y10 / 12, 3Y12 / 15 and 3Y18 / 21 rollers produced by Shanghai Engineering Machinery Factory, Jiangyin Traffic Engineering Machinery Factory and Anhui Highway Machinery Factory are all the same in structure, and are composed of cylinder barrel, end cap, guide sleeve, piston, Piston rod, stop pin, bushings and other components. This structure of the steering cylinder often appear heavy steering, piston ring wear faster, prone to oil leakage between the piston rod and the guide sleeve. To this end, we have made improvements to its structure.
