销售人员绩效考核是指在企业既定战略目标下,运用特定的评判标准和衡量手段,对销售人员的销售业务行为及工作业绩进行分析、评估和考核的过程,并根据评估结果对员工未来的工作行为和业绩进行正面引导的一种方法,并通过预算管理实现企业资源二次分配和优化的过程。本文根据企业管理实践对企业绩效考核管理中存在的难点和问题进行分析,并提出对应的管控策略。
