About 10% of newborns need some help at birth to start breathing, and only 1% need a variety of resuscitation to survive. Although the vast majority of newborns can smoothly complete the transition from the intrauterine to the extrauterine environment without any intervention, many newborns need to recover as a result of the large number of newborns born each year in the world. For term, amniotic fluid, breathing, cries and good muscle tone normal newborn just dry, warm, do not need recovery. In addition, other newborns need to be assessed to decide whether to accept one or more of the following resuscitation steps: A Stabilization of the initial steps of the newborn (clean the respiratory tract, correct posture, stimulate breathing); B Artificial ventilation; C Chest compression; D drugs
