镁是人体必需的主要元素之一,是多种酶的激活剂。机体缺镁易产生心肌代谢改变,易发生心肌纤维坏死与充血性心力衰竭.不少研究证实糖尿病患者头发中镁的浓度偏低等。故寻找一种准确测定人发中镁含量的方法极有意义。本文研究了在Tween-20表面活性剂存在下,镁与偶氮氯膦I(CPA I)的适宜显色条件,在pH 9.16~11.45硼砂缓冲溶液中,得到灵敏度较高,稳定性较好的显色体系,最大吸收波长为574nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(574)为6.98×10~4。配合物形成迅速,在室温下 Magnesium is one of the main essential elements of the human body, is a variety of enzyme activators. High sensitivity and good stability were obtained in the borax buffer solution at pH 9.16-11.45 The colorimetric system has a maximum absorption wavelength of 574 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity ε_ (574) of 6.98 × 10 -4.
