在课堂观察中,课堂是你的,更是孩子的,观察是我的,更是大家的!从一个个数据的汇总到一个个细节的剖析,每次课堂观察,都会是一个平台的搭建、一个小组的合作、一个集体智慧的呈现、一个教师的行为改进、一个团队的共同成长。在把课堂交给你的同时,我们注定与你一起在活动中改进着、收获着、成长着。以下是我借助的跟踪观察实例,在活动中,我们一并关注了诸多细节,解决了前期发现的问题,从而改进了教师的行为——教师引导或处理问题不当。

During the activity, we paid close attention to many details and solved the problems discovered in the early stage so as to improve the teacher’s behavior - improper guidance or handling by the teacher.
