1992年6月至1995年4月，共行妇科电视腹腔镜手术81例，其中子宫内膜异位症16例；宫外孕29例；卵巢囊肿21例；输卵管系膜囊肿7例；输卵管脓肿积水2例；盆腔炎3例；子宫肌瘤2例；子宫脱垂1例。手术种类为全子宫切除术、卵巢囊肿剥离术、输卵管妊娠手术及附件切除术等。作者介绍了各类手术的方法，认为腹腔镜手术具有损伤小、恢复快、并发症小、后遗症少及住院期短的优点。
June 1992 to April 1995, a total of 81 cases of gynecological laparoscopic gynecological surgery, including 16 cases of endometriosis; ectopic pregnancy in 29 cases; ovarian cysts in 21 cases; tubal mesothelial cyst in 7 cases; tubal abscess water 2 cases; pelvic inflammatory disease in 3 cases; 2 cases of uterine fibroids; 1 case of uterine prolapse. The type of surgery for hysterectomy, ovarian cyst dissection, tubal pregnancy surgery and attachment resection. The author introduced various surgical methods, that laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of small damage, rapid recovery, small complications, less sequelae and shorter hospital stay.
