目的观察妈富隆对绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血的影响。方法 132例绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血患者分为两组,观察组口服妈富隆,对照组口服米非司酮,观察疗效、子宫大小、控制出血时间和完全止血时间。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度较治疗前明显减小,止出血时间和完全止血时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)不良反应少。结论妈富隆能有效抑制子宫内膜生长,具有止血、闭经的良好疗效,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Marvelon on functional uterine bleeding during menopausal transition. Methods 132 patients with functional uterine bleeding during the menopause transitional period were divided into two groups. The observation group was given oral Marfone and the control group was given mifepristone. The curative effect, uterine size, bleeding time and complete hemostasis time were observed. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The thickness of the endometrium was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment. The bleeding time and complete hemostasis time were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Marvelon can effectively inhibit endometrial growth, with hemostasis, amenorrhea good effect, it is worth promoting.
