以在半透明金膜上生长的微晶金刚石薄膜作为空穴传导层,得到了以8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)为发光材料的有机薄膜电致发光。对器件的电流-电压特性、电压-亮度特性进行了测量,并计算了量子效率。结果表明,该器件具有较高的量子效率及较小的工作电流。从能带图出发,对结果进行了分析。
A microcrystalline diamond film grown on a semitransparent gold film was used as a hole conduction layer to obtain an organic thin-film electroluminescence using Alq3 as a light-emitting material. The device current-voltage characteristics, voltage-brightness characteristics were measured and the quantum efficiency was calculated. The results show that the device has higher quantum efficiency and smaller operating current. Starting from the band diagram, the results were analyzed.
