为了对柴油机工作过程进行精确的热力计算以及对其燃烧过程进行研究,就必须要了解燃油喷射妁点和喷油率。但到目前为止,柴油机的某些工况下,当燃油管道出现严重穴蚀现象时,还不能用试验手段确定喷油率。本文提出了一种在柴油机运行中不受穴蚀影响测定喷油率的方法。通过测量针阀升程信号和针阀撞击升程限制器的冲击力信号,可计算出喷油率。该计算的喷油率和测得的喷油率是相符合的。
In order to carry out accurate thermodynamic calculation of diesel engine working process and to study its combustion process, it is necessary to understand the fuel injection point and fuel injection rate. But so far, diesel engine under certain operating conditions, when the fuel pipe serious pitting phenomenon, the test can not determine the injection rate. This paper presents a method for determining the injection rate without affecting the cavitation in the operation of a diesel engine. The injection rate can be calculated by measuring the needle lift signal and the impact signal of the needle valve striking the lift limiter. The calculated fuel injection rate is consistent with the measured fuel injection rate.
