机械通气是抢救呼吸衰竭患者的重要手段之一,但它可以引起炎性反应、氧化应激,导致通气相关性肺损伤和呼吸机相关性肺炎。呼出气冷凝液(EBC)检测作为一种观察呼吸系统疾病生物学指标的新技术,可动态监测呼吸道炎性反应、氧化应激,用于疾病的诊断和病情评估。随着EBC收集技术和检测方法的改进,EBC检测技术被更多地应用于机械通气患者。现就机械通气患者EBC中相关指标及其临床意义进行综述。
Mechanical ventilation is one of the important ways to rescue patients with respiratory failure, but it can cause inflammatory reactions, oxidative stress, leading to ventilatory-related lung injury and ventilator-associated pneumonia. Exhaled gas condensate (EBC) test as a biological indicator of respiratory disease observation of new technologies that can be dynamically monitored respiratory inflammatory response, oxidative stress, for disease diagnosis and assessment of the disease. With the improvement of EBC collection technology and detection methods, EBC detection technology is more used in patients with mechanical ventilation. Now mechanical ventilation in patients with EBC related indicators and their clinical significance are reviewed.
