目的对傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)在药品控制菌溯源中的应用进行初步的探讨研究。方法在选定条件下对傅里叶红外光谱的重复性、中间精密度、准确度进行考察。结果在标准的操作及培养条件下,以图谱相似度0.95作为判断阈值,傅里叶红外光谱的重复性、中间精密度、准确度均能满足试验菌株的溯源要求,12株菌株的溯源结果与Ribo Printer结果基本一致。结论傅里叶红外光谱技术是一项经济、快速,有利于在企业推广的控制菌溯源新技术。
Objective To investigate the application of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) in traceability of drug control bacteria. Methods Under the selected conditions, the repeatability, intermediate precision and accuracy of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were investigated. Results Under the standard operation and culture conditions, the similarity of 0.95 was used as the judgment threshold. The repeatability, intermediate precision and accuracy of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy could meet the traceability requirements of the test strains. The traceability results of 12 strains Ribo Printer results are basically the same. Conclusion Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is an economical, rapid and beneficial new technology for traceability of control bacteria in the promotion of enterprises.
