用氨基酸自动分析仪测定了虫草养元精和养元液中氨基酸含量，与１１株野生虫草和６株发酵虫草的氨基酸含量进行了统计分析。虫草养元精与野生虫草的氨基酸组成有高度相关性，Ｐ＜０．０１，认为使用相关处理，可以反映各株虫草氨基酸的内在关系，客观评价产品的实际价值
The content of amino acids in Cordyceps militaris extracts and nutrient solution was determined with an automatic amino acid analyzer. The amino acid contents of 11 strains of Cordyceps militaris and 6 strains of Cordyceps militaris were statistically analyzed. The amino acid composition of Cordyceps militaris and wild Cordyceps militaris was highly correlated, P<0.01. It was considered that the use of related treatments could reflect the internal relationship of the amino acids of Cordyceps militaris and objectively evaluate the actual value of the products.
