我厂有22门轮窑一座,窑室宽3.6m,高2.7m,火眼排距1m,烟囱高4Om,年生产普通砖2500~2600万块.自然干燥场地容坯150万块左右,经常因无坯场而影响湿坯生产.全年存干坯500万块以上,使生产车间处于等架台生产.针对这一问题,于1992年初利用小轮窑一部火分为两部火焙烧(除7、8、9三个高温月外).每部火日进排长度40m,最快可达50m.内掺比在90 %以上(利用工业废渣、粉煤灰),产品质量稳定,产量比一部火焙烧增加70%以上.
