一、班组管理需要制度来保证俗话说“没有规矩,不成方圆”。班组作为最基层的管理单元,应建立和完善以下基本管理制度。1.考勤制度班组考勤可以每天班组长点名的形式进行,要求公开、公正、真实,准确及时填写职工考勤表。2.开工碰头、完工分析制度开工前由班组长主持碰头会,进行考勤、分配任务、传达上级指示命令、当班注意事项等工作。完工后,需开分析会,总结当天班组各项工作,分析在任务完成、安全质量及职工“两纪”中存在的问题,讨论制定整改措旌,表扬班组中出现的好人好事3.技术业务学习制度班组要积极开展技术业务学习活动,建立起良好的学习
