利用有限元软件LS-DYNA3D程序,从数值模拟的角度出发,建立了直眼掏槽爆破的数值模型。模拟了无空孔和有空孔2种不同情况下直眼掏槽爆破的破岩过程以及应力状态;通过2组模型破岩过程的对比,得出了中空孔孔壁周围应力的分布规律;通过应力状态的分析,验证了中空孔应力集中效应的存在。模型试验得出的结果表明:直眼掏槽爆破在空孔壁激起的应力波,在传播过程中应力峰值随着距离的增大,呈现出一定规律衰减。在设有中空孔的直眼中,掏槽爆破应力分布有着显著的方向性且应力集中效应明显。
Using finite element software LS-DYNA3D program, a numerical model of straight-cut undercut blasting is established from the point of view of numerical simulation. The rock breaking process and stress state of straight-notched blasting under two different conditions without holes and holes were simulated. Through the comparison of rock breaking process of two groups of models, the distribution of stress around the hole wall of hollow hole was obtained. Through the analysis of the stress state, the existence of stress concentration in the hollow hole is verified. The results of the model tests show that the stress wave induced by the straighthole cut blasting in the hole wall exhibits a certain regular attenuation as the distance increases with the propagation of the stress wave. In a straight hole with a hollow hole, the notch blasting stress distribution has a significant direction and stress concentration effect is obvious.
