目的构建小学生健康素养评价指标体系,为进行小学生健康素养监测提供评价工具。方法通过文献分析和德尔菲法构建小学生健康素养评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标体系的权重。结果专家平均年龄(43.4±7.2)岁,平均从事专业年限为(19.2±8.5)a,58.8%的专家为副高以上职称;两轮咨询专家积极性系数分别为85%、100%,专家权威系数均超过0.82;经过两轮咨询后,3个维度的专家协调系数分别为0.365、0.373、0.444,均具有显著性(P<0.01);构建成包括3个一级指标、53个二级指标的评价体系;各级指标一致性指标CI和一致性比率CR均小于0.10,通过一致性检验。结论小学健康素养评价指标体系的构建科学、合理,权重的计算结果可被接受,可初步用于小学生的健康素养测评。
Objective To construct the evaluation system of primary school students ’health literacy and provide an evaluation tool for primary school students’ health literacy monitoring. Methods By means of literature analysis and Delphi method, the index system of primary school students’ health literacy was constructed, and the weight of index system was determined by AHP. Results The average age of specialists was (43.4 ± 7.2) years old, average professional life span was (19.2 ± 8.5) a, and 58.8% of experts were associate professors. The positive coefficients of two consultants were 85% and 100% All over 0.82. After two rounds of consultation, the coordination coefficients of experts in the three dimensions were 0.365,0.373,0.444, respectively, which were significant (P <0.01). Constructed to include three first-level indicators and 53 second-level indicators Evaluation system; consistency indicators at all levels CI and consistency ratio CR were less than 0.10, through the consistency test. Conclusion The construction of primary health literacy evaluation index system can be accepted with scientific, reasonable and weighted results, which can be used for the primary health literacy assessment.
