课堂教学赛讲是有力深化课堂教学改革的助推器,是中青年教师迅速专业化成长的平台,依托这个平台,有利于基层学校巩固与扩大课程改革成果。笔者通过“课堂教学赛讲”活动,梳理了课堂教学改革的新特点,收获颇多。一、问题导学构建课堂教学框架“疑者觉悟之机,一番觉悟,一番长进”。师生共建课程的最佳结合点是,教师教学目标的顺利达成,学生实现思维能力的突破。所以,认真审视一节课中教师问题设计的水平,可以较好地反映教师驾驭教材的功底与教学智慧。教师以问题导学的方式推进课堂教学的进程,既能展示作课教师的教路,又可反馈学生的学路,还能厘清听课教师的听课思路。例如,教学七年级上册语文《短文两篇》
