郑西客运专线渑池至灵宝段路基上采用了结构上具有高度整体性的双块式无碴轨道,其道床为现场混凝土浇筑。这种型式的无碴轨道具有便于施工、高平顺性、高稳定性、刚度均匀性好、结构耐久性强和少维修的特点。此文重点介绍双块式无碴轨道在郑西客运专线渑池至灵宝段路基上的施工工艺流程、施工方法和施工注意事项。研究表明,该施工工艺和方法适用于工点类型多,结构复杂的路基。
Zhengxi Passenger Dedicated Line Mianchi to Lingbao section of the embankment with a high degree of structural integrity of the two block ballastless track, the ballast for the site of concrete pouring. This type of ballastless track features ease of construction, high ride comfort, high stability, good stiffness uniformity, strong structural durability and low maintenance. This article focuses on the construction process, construction method and construction precautions of double-block ballastless track on Zhachi-Lingbao section of Zhengzhou-Xi’an Passenger Dedicated Railway. The research shows that the construction technology and method are suitable for embankment with many types and complicated structures.
