目的研讨临床生化检验工作中血液标本发生溶血现象对结果准确性的影响。方法选择2016年1-5月在我院接受生化检查的100例患者参与研究试验,上述患者均在晨起空腹状态下接受静脉血采样,将血样分成2管,Ⅰ管为正常血清标本,Ⅱ管为人工溶血标本,评估该两管的生化检验项目水平,包括尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆红素(TBIL)及天冬/丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AST/ALT)等几项。结果Ⅱ管中的ALT、AST、血清白蛋白(ALB)、胆固醇(CHO)及总蛋白(TP)等指标水平相比Ⅰ管均显著升高,而TBIL与直接胆红素(DBIL)水平则显著下降,数据满足P<0.05,有统计学意义。两管的UA、BUN、甘油三酯(TG)及肌酐(Cr)水平相比,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论血液标本发生溶血后会干扰部分生化检验项目的水平,临床应重视对溶血现象的预防,为指导治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis in blood samples on the accuracy of results in clinical biochemical tests. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing biochemical examinations in our hospital from January to May 2016 were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent a morning fasting condition to receive venous blood samples. The blood samples were divided into 2 tubes, Ⅰ tube was normal serum, Ⅱ The tubes were artificial hemolysis samples and the levels of biochemical test items including uric acid (UA), urea nitrogen (BUN), total bilirubin (TBIL) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST / ALT) Wait a few. Results The level of ALT, AST, serum albumin (ALB), total cholesterol (CHO) and total protein (TP) were significantly increased in group Ⅱ compared with those in group Ⅰ, while the levels of TBIL and DBIL Significantly decreased, the data meet P <0.05, with statistical significance. Compared with UA, BUN, triglyceride (TG) and creatinine (Cr), P> 0.05, there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Hemolysis in blood samples will interfere with the level of some biochemical test items, clinical should pay attention to the prevention of hemolysis, to provide a reliable basis for the treatment.
