建立了卡式炉-卡尔费休水分仪联用测定的工业用精对苯二甲酸中水含量的方法。样品在卡式炉中230℃下加热20 min,样品中的水分被全部蒸发,并随干燥的载气进入滴定池中与卡尔费休试剂进行定量反应。相比SH/T 1612.4标准,本方法不需要使用吡啶溶剂,操作过程方便简洁,方法准确可靠,可应用于实际样品的检测。
A method for the determination of water content in industrial terephthalic acid by the combination of a calorimeter and a Karl Fischer moisture analyzer was established. The sample was heated in a cassette oven at 230 ° C for 20 min. The moisture in the sample was completely evaporated and entered into the titration cell with the dry carrier gas for quantitative reaction with Karl Fischer reagent. Compared with the SH / T 1612.4 standard, the method does not require the use of pyridine solvent, the operation is convenient and concise, the method is accurate and reliable, and the method can be applied to the actual sample detection.
