深孔爆破作为露天矿山生产中的一道重要工序,爆破参数的确定非常重要,它将直接影响到爆破质量和经济效益。以河南省中加矿业公司露天矿为例,从底盘底抗线、孔深和超深、孔间距和排间距、堵塞长度和堵塞质量、单耗(炸药)五个方面,介绍了如何确定爆破参数的具体方法和应用效果。通过对该矿现场爆破的反复摸索,提出了对露天台阶深孔爆破参数确定的独到看法。在具体爆破过程中,不但需要根据具体实际情况对爆破参数进行反复研究和选择,而且还需要对现场情况进行全面分析,以得出合理的爆破参数。
Deep-hole blasting is an important process in the production of open-pit mines. The determination of blasting parameters is very important. It will directly affect the quality and economic benefits of blasting. Taking the opencast mine of Zhongjia Mining Company in Henan Province as an example, this paper introduces how to confirm blasting from five aspects of anti-line, hole deep and ultra-deep, hole spacing and row spacing, plug length, plugging quality and unit consumption Parameters of the specific methods and application effects. Through the repeated exploration of the site blasting in the mine, a unique view was given to determine the parameters of the deep-hole blasting in the open roof. In the process of specific blasting, not only the blasting parameters need to be researched and selected repeatedly according to the actual conditions, but also a comprehensive analysis of the scene conditions needs to be carried out to obtain the reasonable blasting parameters.
