进一步完善我国的司法制度,建立侦查人员出庭作证制度是必要的。在我国目前现有条件下,逐步建立并推行侦查人员出庭作证制度,有其理论基础、立法基础和现实基础。但是当前我国还存在着影响侦查人员作证制度建立的一些障碍,需要不断探索,以推动法治观念的更新和司法工作的完善。 It is necessary to further improve our judicial system and set up a system of investigators to testify in court.
