随着大庆油田水驱和聚合物驱油过程中窜流问题逐渐暴露 ,调整吸液剖面对于提高开发效果的重要性愈来愈被人们所认识。针对油田开发阴、阳离子调剖技术的需要 ,对日本三井氰胺公司生产的阳离子聚合物主要化学成分进行了分析 ,结果表明其主要成分是聚季胺 ,由此建立阳离子浓度检测方法———四苯硼钠滴定法。在此基础上 ,对阳离子聚合物溶液的基本性质如增粘性、耐盐性、筛网系数和过滤因子等进行了测定 ,为后续阴阳离子调剖技术研究奠定了基础
As the problem of channeling flow during water flooding and polymer flooding in Daqing oil field gradually exposes, the importance of adjusting the suction section for improving the development effect is more and more recognized. In view of the need of the development of anion and cation profile control technology in oil field, the main chemical composition of cationic polymer produced by Mitsui Cyanamid Company in Japan was analyzed. The result showed that the main component was polyquaternarylamine, Tetraphenyl boron sodium titration. On this basis, the basic properties of the cationic polymer solution such as viscosity-increasing, salt-tolerant, sieve coefficient and filtration factor were determined, which laid the foundation for the follow-up anion and cation profile control technology
