开展职工技术创新活动,加强职工队伍建设,组织动员职工积极参与技术创新实践,是提高职工创新能力,促进创新型国家和创新型企业建设的重要途径。为进一步加强职工技术创新工作,中华全国总工会、科学技术部、工业和信息化部、人力资源和社会保障部、国务院国资委、全国工商业联合会于去年3月颁布了《关于进一步加强职工技术创新工作的意见》。
