电子显微镜观察6例骨髓异常增生症患者末梢血及(或)骨髓的小巨核细胞,发现骨髓异常(?)生症患者的小巨核细胞具有异常的超微结构。提出骨髓巨核细胞胞浆的3个特征性结构,即α颗粒、分隔膜和特殊形状的为足可以作为识别小巨核细胞以及将其分型的依据。本文将异常细胞归纳为5个基本类型,并分别描述其超微结构特点。
Electron microscopy of 6 cases of myelodysplastic patients with peripheral blood and (or) the bone marrow of small megakaryocytes found in patients with myelodysplastic abnormalities of the small megakaryocytes have abnormal ultrastructure. Three characteristic structures of cytoplasm of bone marrow megakaryocytes are proposed, that is, α-particle, separation membrane and special shape are sufficient basis for identification and classification of small megakaryocytes. In this paper, abnormal cells are summarized into five basic types, and their ultrastructural features are described separately.
