培养高素质的石油科技人才是飞速发展国民经济建设的需要。文章分析了当前石油科技队伍的现状,分为四种类型,其中年轻高学位型是未来中国石油科技的希望和主力,要着力培养。针对年轻高学位型人才的弱点。必须引导他们克服盲目性和自满性,加强理论与实践的结合,掌握辩证唯物主义方法论掌握外语和计算机有用工具,引导他们摆正专业与综合的关系。作为各级领导,对年轻高学位型人才要把好人口关、锤炼关、荣誉关、实践关。使他们能充分施展雄才大略。
To cultivate high-quality oil science and technology personnel is the need to rapidly develop the national economy.
