以番茄根围土壤为试材,采用在种植诱集蔬菜(白菜)后的土壤和用杀线虫剂处理土壤种植番茄,来研究番茄生长期间根围土壤不同土层根结线虫2龄幼虫的种群动态变化。结果表明:根结线虫J2种群数量随着土层的加深而减少。诱集蔬菜明显降低0~10cm土层J2种群数量,施药处理能降低10~30cm土层J2种群数量,而施药处理和诱集蔬菜处理对30~40cm土层J2种群数量没有影响。
Tomato rooted soil was used as test material to study the population of 2nd instar larvae of root-knot nematode in different soil layers of tomato during the period of tomato growth by planting soils with trapped vegetables (cabbage) and planting tomatoes with nematicide Dynamic changes. The results showed that the number of J2 population of root knot nematodes decreased with the deepening of soil layers. The number of J2 population in 0 ~ 10cm soil layer was significantly decreased by the trapping of vegetables, and the population of J2 population in 10 ~ 30cm soil layer was reduced by spraying. However, the application of pesticide and trapping vegetable had no effect on the population of J2 in 30 ~ 40cm soil layer.
