钢锭模的质量对钢锭的质量和生产成本有十分重要的影响。钢锭模报废的原因主要是网状裂纹和掉皮,钢锭模的网纹和掉皮是由于铸造应力、相变应力、热应力以及氧化和长大所致。普通钢锭模强度低、塑性差,在使用过程中容易氧化和长大,从而促进了上述缺陷的发展。稀土合金具有明显的脱硫、细化和球化石墨的作用,能够提高机械性能,抗氧化、抗长大、抗热裂。根据国家科委和冶金部的指示,为了扩大稀土元素的应用,我厂进行了稀土在铸铁钢锭模中的研究。截至目前为止,进行了五次生产试验,一次扩大推广试验,试制了214个3.2吨
The quality of ingot mold has a very important influence on the quality and production cost of ingot. The main reason for scrapped steel ingot mold is net crack and peel.
