目的探讨尿液常规分析质量控制以及临床应用体会。方法收集我院2015年1月至2015年12月行常规监控的200份尿液样本作为对照组;收集我院2016年1月至2016年12月行质量控制干预的200份尿液样本作为观察组,统计两组合格数量,总结出现不合格情况的原因。结果观察组样本合格率、满意度等指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床尿液常规分析前,科学有效的质量控制方法可以明显降低样本不合格率,增加了患者的满意度,同时也提高了尿液样本检验质量,值得临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the quality control of routine urine analysis and clinical experience. Methods 200 urine samples routinely monitored in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were collected as control group; 200 urine samples from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital for quality control intervention were collected for observation Group, the number of qualified two statistics, summarizes the reasons for the occurrence of unqualified. Results The sample passing rate and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Before the clinical urine analysis, the scientific and effective quality control method can significantly reduce the sample failure rate, increase patient satisfaction, and also improve the quality of urine sample test, which is worth promoting in clinical application.
