目的探讨影响抗生素微生物检定法出现误差的各种因素以及相应解决方法。方法根据各类研究文献进行数据统计分析以及对临床经验进行整理。结果微生物检定法应用管碟法,即琼脂扩散法,它具有灵敏度高的特点,虽然步骤繁琐,易受影响,但只要严禁控制,减少误差,会更接近正确值。影响抗生素微生物检定的因素有很多,包括对抑制圈圆整的控制,对抑制圈的边缘清晰度控制以及细菌生长时间、浓度等。结论检验人员不但要熟练掌握微生物以及化学的专业知识,还应熟知量反映平行线原理以及掌握琼脂扩散法等,同时掌握抗生素的性质,才能运用好微生物检定法,最终得出最准确精密的检定结果 。
Objective To explore the various factors that affect the error of antibiotic microbial assay and the corresponding solutions. Methods Based on various types of research literature, statistical analysis of data and clinical experience were organized. Results Microbiological assay using tube plate method, that is, agar diffusion method, it has the characteristics of high sensitivity, although tedious steps, susceptible to, but as long as no control, reduce errors, will be closer to the correct value. There are many factors that affect the microbial test of antibiotics, including the control of the inhibition circle, the control of the edge of the inhibition circle, and the growth time and concentration of the bacteria. Conclusions Inspectors should not only master the professional knowledge of microorganisms and chemistry, but also understand the principle of parallel lines and grasp the method of agar diffusion while knowing the nature of antibiotics, so that the most accurate and accurate test can be finally applied result.
