十多年前,股份制中医院的成立,县政府一个文件说了算。十多年后,股份制医院被县政府强行变性,一个批复走完了法律程序。这是发生在贵州省开阳县的一场股权之争。如今的贵州省开阳县中西医结合医院(下称中医院)经营风生水起。6月12日是周末,医院主楼大厅内依旧是一派井然有序的工作情景。紧邻主楼后侧的工地上,另一座办公大楼正在紧锣密鼓地建造当中。
More than a decade ago, the establishment of a joint-stock Chinese hospital, the county government had a final say. More than a decade later, the joint-stock hospital was forcibly degenerated by the county government and a legal process was completed after the approval. This is an equity dispute that took place in Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province. Today, the Kaiyang County Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Guizhou Province (hereinafter referred to as the Chinese Medicine Hospital) has become very popular. June 12 is the weekend. The hall of the hospital’s main building is still an orderly work scene. Close to the construction site on the back of the main building, another office building is under construction.
