为提高轨道车辆制动控制单元的开发效率和质量,提出了一种基于仿真技术的制动控制单元一体化设计方法,在介绍制动系统组成及制动控制单元工作原理的基础上,基于该设计方法,实现了制动控制单元及被控对象的仿真建模和离线仿真、制动控制单元的快速控制原型仿真和制动控制单元的硬件在回路仿真,完成了制动控制单元的开发和测试。测试结果表明制动控制单元能满足要求,同时验证了基于仿真技术的设计方法的有效性。
In order to improve the development efficiency and quality of brake control unit of rail vehicle, an integrated design method of brake control unit based on simulation technology is proposed. Based on introduction of brake system composition and operation principle of brake control unit, Design method to realize the simulation and off-line simulation of brake control unit and controlled object, rapid control prototype control of brake control unit and hardware in circuit simulation of brake control unit, and completed the development of brake control unit test. The test results show that the brake control unit can meet the requirements and at the same time validate the effectiveness of the design method based on simulation technology.
