为评价崖城系列甘蔗亲本的遗传特点和组合的选配效果,采用澳大利亚家系试验法,借助R软件对41家系F1群体的株高、茎径、有效茎、蔗茎产量、锤度等5个主要数量性状进行遗传变异、遗传方差及经济育种值(EBV)分析。结果表明:株高和蔗茎产量受父母本加性基因效应和非加性基因效应所制约,茎径受母本加性基因效应和非加性基因效应所制约,锤度受母本加性基因效应所制约,有效茎受非加性基因效应所制约。17个母本经济育种值变幅为-2757.12~3068.17元,有8个母本经济育种值为正值;20个父本经济育种值变幅为-2334.20~2337.79元,有12个父本经济育种值为正值;41个家系经济育种值变幅为-7276.52~6173.43元,有20个家系经济育种值为正值。17个母本中,崖城71-374、崖城08-01-10、崖城82-96、崖城97-46及崖城73-226等5个亲本可作为生产性母本,建议加大力度使用。20个父本中,崖城84-153、崖城84-125、崖城09-84、崖城07-71、崖城98-2及崖城93-26等6个亲本可作为生产性父本,建议加大力度使用。41个家系中,ROC22×崖城84-153、福农02-6427×崖城06-140、崖城91-58×粤糖93-159、崖城82-96×ROC22、崖城93-26×云蔗02-2540、崖城71-374×ROC22等6个家系可作为生产性家系该批组合易选育出高经济效益的新品种,建议加大力度使用。
