目的 :研究参胶蜂王颗粒对小鼠耐力、记忆力、免疫功能及白细胞的影响。方法 :负重游泳测定小鼠耐力 ,水迷路方法测定记忆力 ,DTH及溶血素测定对免疫功能的作用。结果 :参胶蜂王颗粒 5 g/kg和 2 .5g/kg均可延长小鼠游泳时间、可增强小鼠的DTH反应。促进免疫功能低下小鼠的溶血素生成。 5g/kg组可提高小鼠学习记忆能力并能升高免疫功能低下小鼠的白细胞数。结论 :参胶蜂王颗粒可明显提高小鼠耐力和记忆力及免疫功能 ,并能升高免疫低下小鼠的白细胞总数。
Objective : To study the effects of Shenjia granules on endurance, memory, immune function and leukocytes in mice. Methods: Weight-bearing swimming was used to measure the endurance of mice, water-pathway method was used to measure memory, and DTH and hemolysin were used to measure immune function. RESULTS: The 5g/kg and 2.5g/kg ginseng granules could prolong the swimming time of mice and enhance the DTH response of mice. Promote hemolysin production in immunocompromised mice. The 5g/kg group can improve the learning and memory ability of mice and can increase the number of white blood cells in immunocompromised mice. Conclusion : Ginseng and bee-bearing granules can significantly improve mice’s endurance, memory and immune function, and can increase the total number of white blood cells in immunocompromised mice.
