1987年4月在潍坊市下营增殖站对虾育苗场,试验钝顶螺旋藻(Spirulina platensis)喂养中国对虾(Penaeus orientalis)糠虾幼体的饵料效果。牟氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros muelleri)作为对照藻饵。经过4天培养,全部成活的试验幼体由糠虾期发育至仔虾期。不同种藻饵喂养下,幼体成活率呈现明显差异。投喂牟氏角毛藻的对照组幼体成活率28.7%;单喂钝顶螺旋藻的实验组幼体成活率8.7%;两种藻混合投喂组幼体成活率17.3%。实验结果表明,钝顶螺旋藻不是中国对虾糠虾幼体的优质藻饵。
In April 1987, we studied the feeding effects of Spirulina platensis on the feeding of Penaeus orientalis Mysis shrimp hatchery at the breeding camp in Weifang. Chaetoceros muelleri served as control bait. After 4 days of culture, all surviving experimental larvae developed from shrimp stage to larval stage. Under the different algae bait feeding, the survival rate of larvae showed obvious difference. Survival rate of larvae in control group feeding Chaetoceros mujer was 28.7%. The survival rate of larvae in test group fed with Spirulina platensis alone was 8.7%. The survival rate of larvae in the two algal mixed feeding groups was 17.3%. The experimental results show that Spirulina platensis is not a high quality algae bait for China Penaeus chinensis shrimp larvae.
