本研究结果表明1.江西南昌的光、温资源适于钝顶螺旋藻的生长和繁殖。2.在我们实验室所进行的钝顶螺旋藻模拟工厂化生产,提供了在我国进行螺旋藻工厂化生产的诱人前景。3.在不同波长的光中,以红光对钝顶螺旋藻净光合速率以及生长和产量的影响最有效。这不仅具有重要的生物学意义,而且还具有实用价值,因为我们可以选择红色塑料薄膜复盖在钝顶螺旋藻的养殖池上,这样既可有效地利用太阳能并能避免过强的太阳光对该藻的杀伤。4.对于钝顶螺旋藻的生长,尿素是最好的氮源。综上所述,我们认为在我国开发利用高蛋白生物资源——钝顶螺旋藻是可行的。
